Features  Ease of use  Stability	SteI worked for 4 hours to get this anti virus installed. I contacted tech support and received steps to follow, but unfortunately, there were steps left out. I kept calling for help and was finally told to uninstall and reinstall--which I did three times. Then, suddenly for an hour and a half, no one would answer the phone. The Live Chat didn't work either. They did give a refund, but charged me $3 for this awful experience. I'll stick with Norton for now.er clear of this one!!!
