VBEHz is a small TSR that allows you to set user defined refresh rates for VESA modes with a resolution of 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200, 320x240, 512x384, 400x300, 320x200, 1152x864 and 640x400 pixels as well as 80x60, 132x25, 132x43, 132x50 and 132x60 characters. You can change the sync polarity and fine-tune the refresh rates to make fixed frequency monitors work with cards that do not support them under DOS. You can even use it to force the user defined refresh rate if a program requests another one. This version also allows you to change the VGA modes 12h (640x480, 16 colors) and 13h (320x200, 256 colors) with some video cards.
